Alparslan Bali:

Bali is the owner and director of ELYX construction, a leading construction company in London, England with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1990, managing and providing rental spaces for several 5-star hotels’ spa and sport activities in Turkey. In 1995, he moved to the UK and studied IT at City of Westminster College for a year, and then successfully completed his university degree in Business Administration & Economics at Thames Valley University. In 1997, he began providing and supplying building contractors and builders for British construction firms. In 1998, he incorporated his first construction firm and gathered his own specialized team in each construction line. He then took his first construction job as a contractor in the Ipswich area. Since then, he has undertaken over 100 touchable construction jobs, and many small construction works, specializing in internal and external conversions, loft conversions, full house refurbishments, extensions, structural work, and underpinning, mostly from south east London to south west London.

Murat Gundes Bakir:

Project consultant, Analyst, Murat Gundes Bakir is a financial analyst with experience in financial modelling, valuation, risk management, and equity research. At Elyx onstruction, he is responsible for financial cost analysis of the constructions and project management of projects. He holds a Master of Science degree in Banking & Finance from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major with a Finance track programme from Koç University. Murat began his career as an Assurance Trainee at PwC, where he conducted core audits for multinational firms. He then worked as an Equity Research Trainee a Vakif Investment, one of the biggest investment firms in Turkey where he conducted research on publicly traded companies, developing valuation models, and writing equity research reports.
